Some spring nail art I like tends to be something floral. This floral and Spring Daisies below;

Nails: Top 5 Spring Polishes 2020
Barry M - Ocean Blue // Essie - Mint Candy Apple // Barry M - Papaya // W7 - Sheer Lemon // Barry M - Candy Floss
Today is the Spring equinox, not that it feels like a hopeful time. But Spring is here nonetheless and so I'm sharing my Spring 2020 nail polish picks. I have done this type of post before which you can see 2019 here, 2018 here, 2017 here, 2015 here and 2014 here.
You don't need these specific polishes, but these are ones that I want to reach for during Spring. I seem to have gone for all pastel polishes this year.
Ocean Blue is one of the newer polishes from Barry M, it is a light blue cream shade. This is very obviously a blue polish, so something to wear which is clearly not just an off white shade. Light enough though for Spring.
Essie Mint Candy Apple, this polish was THE nail polish a few years ago. This version leans green, a light mint green which as a pastel is very much a colour that screams Spring to me.
Barry M Papaya is the brightest of the polish I picked, not a vivid orange but a lighter, muted orange shade.
I don't have many yellow polishes but W7 Sheer Lemon is one of around five polishes I have. This one is a pastel polish but is clearly yellow rather than a off white shade.
Barry M Candy Floss, is a very light pink polish. This is something that screams Spring to me, very light though so perhaps something I wouldn't wear as is.

Nails: Top 5 Spring Polishes 2019
Today is officially the Spring equinox and so I thought now would be a good time to share my Spring 2019 nail polish picks. I have done this type of post before which you can see 2018 here, 2017 here, 2015 here and 2014 here.
You don't need these specific polishes, but these are the ones I reach for more during Spring. Pastel colours are mainly Spring specific, but I seem to also like a holographic pop of colour with Puck a Fairy.
A England - Puck A Fairy - A vibrant holo teal polish, great pop of colour.
OPI - I'll Have A Gin and Tectonic - A peachy nude, nice as a nail art base.
China Glaze - Werk It Honey! - Would it be a spring nail polish selection without a yellow? This one is opaque in two coats which is appreciated for a pale yellow.
Nails Inc - Regents Place - Pastel blue which leans lilac, verging on periwinkle.
OPI - Do You Lilac It? - Straight up lilac cremé polish, this one is ideal as a nail art base.
