Base Polish: Ciate - Big Yellow Taxi
Dotting Polishes: Barry M - Matte White, Sally Hansen - First Kiss
Chick Accent Polishes:

Nails: Egg Squiggles

I used some wiggly scissors on tape and used them over the base polish and then painted over with the darker polish.
