I may be among the few but I liked the crackle trend as an accent nail, easy to do nail art.

Duck nails aren't something I would like to wear on myself, although they would give more real estate for nail art!

Throwing back to 2010 today with my first crackle effect polish;

Base Polish: Sally Hansen - First Kiss
Crackle: Barry M - Instant Nail Effect - Black

Nails: Matte Holo Crackle

Shatter, crackle nail polish whatever you like to call it it seems to have come and gone in terms of trends. I wanted to use the black again and so I ended up using it over a black holographic polish and I really liked the look. The matte crackle contrasting over the shiny holographic base.
